As a Strategic Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the priorities of the Talent Development function. In this senior-level role reporting directly to the SVP – Talent Development, you will balance strategic planning, program execution, vendor collaboration, and operational excellence. From building dashboards that inform executive decisions to facilitating leadership programs and planning sessions, you’ll help position Talent Development as a driver of organizational growth. 

This role requires strategic foresight, exceptional communication skills, and strong facilitation capabilities. You’ll craft compelling narratives that inspire alignment, guide leaders through planning and change, and ensure adoption of new initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Planning & Leadership Alignment 

  • Partner with the SVP of Talent Development to set priorities, shape agendas, and prepare executive materials. 

·    Facilitate planning sessions and discussions that align leaders around goals and initiatives. 

·                     Translate strategy into actionable plans and track measurable outcomes. 

Program Management & Delivery 

·                     Support the design and execution of leadership development programs with vendors and internal partners. 

·                     Facilitate workshops and sessions that build capability, engagement, and behavior change. 

·                     Ensure consistency, quality, and adoption of programs to maximize business impact. 

Metrics, Reporting & Insights 

·                     Build dashboards and reports to track performance, adoption, and outcomes. 

·                     Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and demonstrate impact. 

·                     Define KPIs and success measures for talent and leadership initiatives. 

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives 

·                     Lead projects that advance Talent Development priorities and organizational goals. 

·                     Collaborate with teams and vendors to co-design initiatives with measurable results. 

·                     Drive clarity, structure, and innovation in emerging or ambiguous opportunities. 

Collaboration & Process Improvement 

·                     Partner across HR, business units, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution. 

·                     Streamline processes and simplify ways of working to enable adoption. 

·                     Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

·                     7+ years of experience in program management, Talent Management, Human Capital, Talent Strategy, or related roles. 

·                     Strong influence and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, facilitating critical conversations, and aligning stakeholders across functions 

·                     Strong systems thinking, facilitation, and coaching capabilities – able to connect dots across disciplines and lead leaders through complexity and change. 

·                     Demonstrated success driving adoption and guiding organizational transitions. 

·                     Comfort navigating the evolving role of AI and emerging technologies in the workplace, with a passion for the future of work, a mindset of experimentation, ethical awareness, and practical application to people strategy. 

·                     Experience collaborating with vendors to design, deliver, and scale talent programs. 

·                     Ability to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and align diverse perspectives. 

·                     Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments. 

 

Additional Qualifications That Set You Apart 

·                     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field. 

·                     Experience in leadership development, HR strategy, or organizational development in a global enterprise. 

·                     Familiarity with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, LMS/LXP platforms). 

·                     Ability to connect talent initiatives with business performance and outcomes. 

 

 

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

 

$98,300.00 - $182,500.00
