ABOUT THE JOB

The Talent Engagement & Operations Specialist supports training, data tracking, and operational efforts that contribute to a positive and engaging teammate experience. This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating engagement and performance programs, analyzing related data, and identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. The Specialist also supports the delivery of education and training through the development and facilitation of learning sessions and resources, including job aids, guides, and training materials. Additionally, the role contributes to operational efficiency by assisting with documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination for key teammate programs. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of programs and initiatives that enhance the teammate experience. 
  • Help design, facilitate, and deliver learning sessions and trainings that support teammate performance and engagement. 
  • Develop and maintain teammate-facing resources, such as job aids, quick guides, templates, and course content.  
  • Develop and maintain standard process documentation and help improve team workflows and tools. 
  • Collaborate with other teams on projects related to onboarding, recognition, and development. 
  • Participate in teammate-focused events and programs to help build a strong and inclusive culture. 
  • Support data collection and reporting to help understand engagement and performance trends. 
  • Stay curious and informed about industry trends in engagement and performance to support continuous improvement. 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, communications, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, performance support, HR operations, or learning and development, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with HRIS systems required and Workday Talent experience is highly preferred. StandOut Talent Activation Platform experience preferred.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000/yr
