ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Careers Program Manager to spearhead our campus recruitment initiatives. This role requires an individual who is not only quick to learn and intellectually curious but also highly motivated and collaborative. As a Early Careers Program Manager, you will be instrumental in partnering with the business to strategize, design, and execute campus programs aimed at identifying and recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for campus recruitment, fostering strong relationships with candidates, external partners, and internal business leaders.
Program Management: Take ownership of driving and managing multiple campus recruiting programs, ensuring effective project management and prioritization.
Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and refine campus recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing stakeholder buy-in.
Collaboration and Innovation: Actively participate in collaborative sessions to share and develop ideas, and leverage diverse perspectives to enrich recruiting strategies.
Business Impact: Engage daily in activities that enhance our business capabilities through strategic campus recruitment, contributing significantly to the pipeline of future technology and business leaders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of direct experience in campus recruiting, with proven capabilities in leading and managing extensive campus recruitment programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR systems, including applicant tracking systems and third-party recruiting platforms.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Proven success in program management, including planning, executing, and optimizing campus recruitment initiatives.
