Opportunity

The Early Talent Program Manager, Kitchen, and Bath North America (KBNA) will have an important impact on the early talent strategies for Kohler Co. by focusing on the development and execution of best-in-class program experiences for our entry-level KBNA field sales associates. The Early Talent Program Manager, Kitchen, and Bath North America (KBNA) will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of Kohler’s field sales development program as well as owning the operational and process improvement aspects of the program’s evolution. This individual will have the opportunity to bring their creativity and expertise to make a significant impact on the future of our business.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Kohler’s field sales development program.
  • Identify and grow partnerships with key universities that will serve as a pipeline for entry-level talent entering Kohler Co.’s field sales development program.
  • Partner with the business on program curriculum, content, tools and processes to build leadership capability in alignment with organizational and business objectives.
  • Build and execute standardized experiences for field sales development program members including orientations, Kohler culture and history, networking events, personal and professional growth sessions, and end-of-program / offboarding.
  • Build operational best practices, including standardized material and communications, process and training documents, reporting and tracking methods to measure ROI.
  • Maintain strong consultative partnership with HR and business hiring teams; support the harmonization of centralized Talent activity with business/functional activity.
  • Partner with Employment Branding team on early talent campaigns, marketing, and branding; Ambassador for the Kohler Co brand.
  • Leverage data and external best practices to influence continued innovation in future early talent programs and recruiting.
  • Evaluate the business impact of the leadership development program through use of performance metrics/trends.
  • Identify and engage with organizations that can contribute to Kohler’s goals around being a diverse workforce.

Skills/Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in early talent programming, recruiting, or university/employer relations.
  • Ability to travel 30%+ of the time; Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience designing and scaling early career programs: intern, co-op, or rotational leadership programs.
  • Experience with commercial or sales organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships across levels and organizations.
  • Proactive; consultative; and can successfully drive projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions.
